Hors Circuite ("the Application") is a private business management tool intended for personal use by its owner. Access to the Application is restricted and requires authentication.

The Application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The application owner is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Application.
